Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of RSM Rancho Santa Margarita Landscaping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

RSM Rancho Santa Margarita Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to:

• Lawn care and maintenance
• Landscape design and installation
• Hardscaping services
• Irrigation and sprinkler system installation and repair
• Tree and shrub care
• Mulching and bed maintenance
• Sod installation and lawn renovation
• Landscape lighting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Scheduling and Appointments

All service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule, but specific dates and times are subject to availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work. Any outstanding balance not paid within 30 days will be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our team to perform the scheduled services. This includes ensuring that pets are secured, gates are unlocked on service days, and any hazards are clearly marked. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other items that are not properly marked or disclosed to us before work begins.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. For installation services, we offer a 30-day guarantee on plants and materials, provided that you follow our recommended care instructions. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by weather, pests, improper watering, or other factors beyond our control. Regular maintenance services are guaranteed to meet industry standards at the time of service.

Limitation of Liability

RSM Rancho Santa Margarita Landscaping will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We carry liability insurance and workers compensation insurance as required by law.

Weather and Force Majeure

Our services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify you of any changes to your scheduled service as soon as possible.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
